Workflow

The Art of
Precision

Our 5-step workflow ensures your vision is translated perfectly, on time, every time. No surprises, just stunning visuals.

Discovery & Brief

We start by understanding your vision. You share CAD files, mood boards, and references. We define the camera angles, lighting mood (day/dusk), and specific styling requirements.

01
Input
  • • CAD / PDF Plans
  • • Material Schedule
  • • Mood Board images
Clay View

Outcome: Structure Approval

02

Clay Modeling

We construct the 3D geometry in a "Clay" (white) mode. This stage focuses purely on structure, composition, and camera positioning without the distraction of colors or textures.

Texturing & Lighting

The magic happens here. We apply photorealistic materials, set up sun direction, indoor lights, and environmental elements like vegetation and skies to match the desired mood.

03
Details
  • • High-Res Textures
  • • Global Illumination
  • • Furniture Styling
Feedback Loop

We provide a draft render (low res). You mark up changes directly on the image regarding colors, props, or lighting.

04

Review & Refine

Collaboration is key. We present the first draft and invite your feedback. We refine the scene based on your comments to ensure every detail aligns with your expectation.

Final Delivery

Once approved, we crank up the settings. We render in 4K resolution and perform post-production color grading to deliver a marketing-ready masterpiece.

05
Delivered
  • • 4K JPEG/TIFF Files
  • • Post-Production PSDs (Optional)
  • • Ready for Print & Web

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical turnaround time?

For a standard interior or exterior view, we typically deliver the first draft within 3-4 working days. Complex animations or large masterplans may take 7-10 days.

What files do I need to provide?

Ideally, we need CAD (.dwg) floor plans and elevations. If you have a 3D model (Sketchup, Revit, Rhino), that speeds up the process. Material references and mood boards are also essential.

How many revisions are included?

We include 2 rounds of revisions in our standard quote. Round 1 covers major structural/layout changes (Clay stage), and Round 2 covers materials and lighting tweaks (Draft stage).

Do you work internationally?

Yes, we are a remote-first studio working with clients globally. We handle communication via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom, accommodating different time zones.
